Sushi Club: Bringing High-End Elegance to All-You-Can-Eat Dining

Elevating All-You-Can-Eat Dining with Custom Black & Gold Tableware

Sushi Club is a Pan-Asian restaurant group in Lombardy, Italy, built around an all-you-can-eat concept that refuses to compromise on elegance. Since 2014 the brand has grown to eight locations across the Milan metropolitan area, with a menu of over two hundred Japanese dishes and twenty signature plates. RON GROUP supported the group with custom black-and-gold sushi trays, gold-trimmed ceramic plates, and fluted bowls that extend the brand's refined interior language to the table.

Brand Background

Sushi Club was founded in Lombardy in 2014 with a simple idea: an all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant that delivers the visual polish and presentation of fine dining. The group has since expanded to eight locations, including flagship spaces in Cesano Maderno and Castellanza, with a new lakeside restaurant in Varese opened in late 2024. Each venue follows the same spatial language of dark finishes, mirrors, and sculptural LED light, designed by the Milan design team that shaped the brand's signature look.

A teal-lit ceiling, dark wood flooring, and a bold green textured wall give the dining room a distinctive, moody character.

The layout divides each restaurant into a lively counter zone, open kitchen, and more private seating areas, with an eighteen-meter bar in the flagship Castellanza location. Reflective and backlit surfaces visually enlarge the rooms, while generous circulation supports the fast turnover of all-you-can-eat service without crowding the guest experience.

Client Needs

  • Tableware that carries the brand's dark-and-gold interior language onto every table.

  • Durable ceramic and tray solutions that survive high-frequency washing and daily turnover.

  • Presentation support for sushi, sashimi, and tableside flame dishes served across a two-hundred-dish menu.

  • Consistent, batch-supplied tableware for rollout across eight restaurant locations.

  • Coordinated product supply that keeps visual quality high while staying practical for operations.

How We Meet the Vision

Custom Black & Gold Trays

RON GROUP supplied black trays with gold detailing and matching coasters that mirror the restaurant's dark interiors and golden accents. Each tabletop becomes a branded moment that reinforces the accessible-luxury position across all locations.

Gold-Trimmed Ceramic Collection

White rectangular trays with gold-trimmed edges and round fluted bowls cover everything from sushi platters to hot dishes. The pieces look refined whether served empty or fully plated, keeping the tabletop consistent through every course.

Presentation-First Sizing

Tray depth, edge profiles, and portion-friendly dimensions were coordinated with the kitchen's plating rhythm. Dishes travel from pass to table cleanly and arrive composed, which matters during peak service at a busy all-you-can-eat venue.

Operational Durability

Glaze stability and impact resistance were prioritized for commercial use. The collection keeps its finish through repeated cleaning and the fast pace of daily service, reducing replacement frequency.

Process

RON GROUP began by reviewing the restaurants' interior palette and the plating flow of the all-you-can-eat menu. Product categories were then aligned so that trays, bowls, and coasters shared one visual system and could be ordered at scale for multiple venues. The final assortment balances the group's accessible-luxury positioning with the durability and replaceability that high-turnover service demands.
