Delivering a Turnkey Front- and Back-of-House Solution for Al Aseel in Sydney
Official: Al Aseel Lebanese Restaurants | Instagram: Al Aseel Instagram
Celebrated across Sydney for its generous Lebanese hospitality and vibrant shared dining culture, Al Aseel operates multiple high-capacity restaurants spanning Greenacre, Alexandria, Parramatta, and Castle Hill. Because traditional Lebanese feasts bring families and groups together around abundant mezze platters and charcoal-grilled specialties, the brand required spacious, durable tabletops paired with warm Mediterranean textures. RON GROUP partnered with Al Aseel to deliver an end-to-end hospitality package covering marble and timber tables, woven seating, custom banquette booths, artisanal pendant lighting, ceramic tableware, branded takeaway packaging, and stainless-steel commercial kitchen equipment.
"Selecting our dining furniture, tableware, packaging, and commercial kitchen equipment directly at RON GROUP's showroom streamlined our entire multi-venue rollout across Sydney." — Al Aseel Team
To ensure every product met the operational demands of 100-to-300-seat restaurants, the Al Aseel leadership team visited RON GROUP's one-stop hospitality showroom in person. Hands-on evaluation of ceramic glazes, food-grade takeaway containers, and heavy-duty cookware allowed rapid specification sign-off prior to factory production.
Spatial Zoning for Family Feasts and Contemporary Dining
Modern Lebanese hospitality thrives on versatility, accommodating quick weekday lunches, intimate booth dinners, and multi-generational weekend banquets within the same footprint. In the contemporary lounge zone, dark floor tiles and matte-black dining sets pair with a continuous beige upholstered banquette to maximize perimeter seating efficiency.
Across the sunlit main dining floor, natural timber tables and woven wicker armchairs introduce organic Levantine warmth while keeping sightlines open across the room. Full-height timber display shelving lined with botanical greenery and artisanal vessels divides the expansive floor plate into comfortable, human-scaled dining pockets.
For private celebrations and formal group bookings, an adjacent marble-clad dining room elevates the atmosphere with crisp white table linens and classic black Chiavari chairs. This dedicated zone allows the venue to host engagement dinners and corporate functions without disrupting regular a la carte service.
Client Needs and High-Volume Mezze Service Specifications
Because Lebanese mezze dining involves serving dozens of cold and hot dishes simultaneously, tabletops must offer generous surface area and superior resistance to olive oil, lemon juice, and hot charcoal platters. At the same time, the seating and lighting package needed to convey artisanal Middle Eastern craftsmanship while withstanding commercial cleaning cycles.
- Large-format marble and solid timber dining tables, including round family tables fitted with rotating marble Lazy Susans.
- Ergonomic woven rattan and wicker armchairs engineered with reinforced commercial frames for high-turnover family dining.
- Custom curved leather booths and linear teal banquettes that anchor key architectural corners and group zones.
- Complete back-of-house stainless-steel kitchen line, front-of-house waiter stations, ceramic tableware, and branded takeaway packaging.
How We Meet the Vision
1. Marble Communal Tables and Woven Pendant Lighting
RON GROUP supplied custom white marble dining tables paired with crisp white woven armchairs to create luminous communal dining corridors. Overhead, oversized hand-woven pendant lamps in coastal blue and natural rattan tones diffuse warm lighting across the tabletops while softening room acoustics.
Along the main dining spine, teal upholstered booth seating works in tandem with long timber tables to maximize seat count during peak weekend dinners. The interplay of blue-and-natural woven ceiling fixtures ties the upholstery palette directly to the overhead lighting design.
2. Custom Curved Banquettes and Alfresco Patio Sets
To create sought-after semi-private corners for smaller groups, RON GROUP fabricated curved deep-green leather booths framed in warm timber trim around circular marble tables. Just outside the glass facade, weather-resistant four-top marble tables and white woven patio chairs extend full-service dining onto the tiled terrace.
Each outdoor and indoor place setting is equipped with commercial-grade white porcelain plates, durable glassware, stainless cutlery, and woven bread baskets sourced through RON GROUP's tableware division. Non-porous marble surfaces allow staff to clear and sanitize four-top patio tables in seconds between seatings.
3. Waiter Service Stations and Round Lazy-Susan Tables
Supporting rapid table turnover across a multi-zone floor requires strategically positioned service credenzas stocked with spare plates, water carafes, and cutlery. Custom timber shelving units with integrated planter boxes double as acoustic room dividers and efficient front-of-house waiter stations.
In the group dining alcoves, eight-seater rectangular marble tables and large round timber tables with rotating marble Lazy Susans cater effortlessly to banquet-style sharing. Smooth-gliding turntable hardware ensures heavy platters of grilled meats and salads rotate safely and quietly at the center of the table.
Complementing the rectangular banquet tables, circular timber tables fitted with inset marble Lazy Susans encourage effortless dish sharing among ten to twelve guests. Natural rattan armchairs with supportive curved backs keep diners comfortable throughout extended celebrations.
Back-of-House Commercial Kitchen Engineering and Turnkey Delivery
Beyond the dining room, RON GROUP engineered and supplied the heavy-duty stainless-steel commercial kitchen infrastructure required to power Al Aseel's high-volume culinary operations. From commercial exhaust canopies and chargrills to refrigerated prep counters and dishwashing lines, every piece of equipment was consolidated with the furniture and tableware shipment for synchronized site installation.
