Project Background

Regatta Club is the restaurant, bar, and kiosk at the Haberfield Rowers Club, reimagined in 2024 as a premium casual waterfront venue. The open-plan space is surrounded by glass doors that open onto decks running along the front and sides of the club, so diners can watch the water of Iron Cove, boats gliding by, and joggers on the Bay Run from nearly every seat. As Haberfield's only place to grab a drink without a meal, the venue quickly became a gathering point for the local community.

The venue is organized to move easily between dining, drinking, and watching the game, with a bright main room, bar-side seating, and alfresco decks that keep the waterfront the center of attention.
