Client Background

Novtel Hotel, a modern hospitality brand located in a major urban center like  Lille, France . The hotel focuses on creating a comfortable and elegant experience for its guests. Its design is clean and contemporary, combining functional spaces with stylish aesthetics to build a welcoming atmosphere that feels both luxurious and inviting. Novtel Hotel required specific furniture solutions：

RON Group provided a custom furniture solution that met all of Novtel Hotel’s needs:

Curating a Welcoming Public Space

We created a luxurious first impression by providing large, plush sofas in dark blue and brown fabric for the main lobby. These are paired with modern, brown leather armchairs with sleek metal frames. For the intimate reading and relaxation corner, a comfortable armchair and a small, functional side table were provided, perfect for guests to unwind. The entire space is completed with elegant hanging lamps and unique, textured coffee tables.

Designing Versatile Dining and Social Zones

The main dining area features round, dark wood tables with chairs that have woven rattan backs and light-colored seats, creating a classic, warm feel. In other areas, we used minimalist tables with simple benches and chairs, some with a pop of color. A custom-built, curved wooden bar counter was also designed for the main restaurant area, serving as both a central feature and a highly functional space for guest service.

Providing Diverse and Stylish Seating Options

Our solution included a wide range of seating options to fit every need. This involved supplying colorful, simple chairs with thin metal frames for a more casual atmosphere, as well as providing different types of bar stools and chairs with woven patterns, some in bright colors like red and blue, to add visual interest and variety across the different dining zones.

Crafting Functional and Modern Guest Rooms

We ensured every guest room was a comfortable and practical retreat.

Tables

Provided a small, round black metal table and a modern, minimalist black solid wood desk, offering guests convenient surfaces for work and leisure.

Chairs

A comfortable armchair was selected to create a cozy corner, while a sleek swivel chair was chosen to complement the workspace.

Room Office Area

A modern, minimalist desk was paired with the swivel chair to create a dedicated and comfortable office area for guests who need to work.
