Stage 01 · Frame Shop

Structure and joinery

Fixtures hold the commercial dining chair frame while weld or wood joinery is completed. Ask for the construction method used on the quoted SKU—not a generic “commercial grade” adjective.

House vinyl or customer’s own material (COM) is tensioned and fastened. Spec cleanability and seam construction in the RFQ before bulk colorways are locked.

Coating and wood finish

Frame finishes are applied in a controlled line. Salt-spray hours and warranty years are not claimed here without the matching report for the quoted finish system.

Replaceable glides are fitted and floor contact is checked. This is a witnessed inspection routine—not a forged certificate collage.
